What’s in your kid’s cup?

Studies show that more children and teens are not only increasing their total beverage consumption, but they are doing so with unhealthy options like soda and fruit drinks. This is one factor leading to the overweight and obesity epidemic among children today. During this 25 year study the incidence of overweight increased 100% in children between 6-11 and increased 200% in teens. These statistics serve as a wake-up call and are still on the rise.
