Happy Valentine’s Day

I hope everyone had a wonderful Valentine’s Day and got to celebrate with their loved ones. We had a wonderful day all around even though we were all very busy with work, school, and daycare. I wanted to share with you some of the ideas I used to make Cole’s Valentine’s Day extra special. Afterall, it only takes a little bit of effort on your part to make someone elses day very special.

Cole’s breakfast…

This was a quick and easy breakfast. Whole wheat frozen waffles with natural peanut butter and organic raspberry jelly cut into hearts. I also bought a small chocolate heart sampler and empties out the candy and added blueberries, raspberries, Cheerios, and craisins. It was so easy to do and he was so thrilled when he saw his heart-shaped breakfast ❤

Cole’s lunch…

I also sent Cole to daycare with a heart-shaped lunch. Turkey, cheddar, and spinach quesadilla with heart-shaped tomatoes, heart strawberries, and Valentine’s trail mix (Cheerios, peanuts, sunflower seeds, raisins, craisins, yogurt covered raisins, and pink & red M&Ms)

Dinner wasn’t heart-shaped but it was pink (salmon).

Happy Valentine’s Day!
