I’m Carly. I am the mom of a toddler and a student at UNH studying nutrition.
I created Healthy Little Ones for an assignment in my Nutrition & Wellness class, but I have wanted to create a blog for awhile now. This is an opportunity for me to merge the two things I love; nutrition and motherhood, and hopefully help others along the way. I hope to give you helpful nutrition information for toddlers and children as well as some kid-approved healthy recipes.
